Unfortunately, FlexPay does not give you the option to set call
forwarding so Fusion Voicemail Plus will not currently work on FlexPay
accounts.
This issue occurs when recording a personalized greeting becuase you
are prompted to press # at the end ofthe recording. This sometimes
plays back to customers. To solve this issue try recording from a
landline rather than a cell phone.

The issue is that your carrier is not passing us the needed
information when the call is forwarded. They need to pass us the OCN
(original called number which is YOUR number). It may be them or it
