Greeting management is best done via the Apps or via the website. 

If you want to use the phone do the following

To record your voicemail greeting:

1| Dial your PhoneFusion Personal Phone Number.
2| When the system answers, PRESS *.
3| Enter your Phone Pass Code, PRESS #.
4| From the Main Menu, Choose ACCOUNT OPTIONS.
5| PRESS 1 to administer your Voicemail Greeting.
6| PRESS 1 to record your Greeting.
7| PRESS 2 after recording the message to save the recording.
8| PRESS # to return to the Main Menu.
