How does Voicemail Plus work

When your phone is off, can't be reached or you don't/can't answer a call, your Carrier will forward that call to our systems where we take a message for you and then notifiy your device via Goole or Apple which then notifies the app to pick up your message and notify you. The application on your device does not actually take the messages, it is an interface to our service that processes the message notifications and allows you to manage your messages and various other functions. Some Carriers do not allow call forwarding so our service will not be able to work because it requires missed calls to be forwarded to us in order take messages for you. |
