What happened to my voicemail on my old carrier

We REPLACE your carrier voicemail we do not transfer the messages from your carrier voicemail to our account. If you want to retrieve those messages, you will have to deactivate call forwarding from our app dial into your carrier voicemail and listen to those messages. When you are finished and you are ready for PhoneFusion to begin taking your voicemail, than log into the app and click Menu-Settings- Activate fusion VM+ |
