What happens if I cannot get a dial tone

Check to see that all of the connections are installed correctly. If there is still a problem, unplug the power source to your ATA and wait 30 seconds. Then plug the power source back in. This causes the ATA to RESET itself and RE-REGISTER onto our network. Please allow approximately one minute for the connection to completely reset itself before attempting to use the phone. If your phone still does not work after this, contact us at 1-888-208-7801.
