Sync Response --> Error syncing - Bad Password
Solution Android and WM Users Only:

If you are getting this error [Error syncing - Bad Password] when you try to 'Sync Account' within the 'Settings' menu.

The password we have on file does not match what you have entered.
--> IMPORTANT NOTE: The password the application uses to Sync to, is the same as your web password.


--> Retrieving your Web Password:
The easiest way to retrieve a copy of the web password on file, simply visit our website http://fvmplus.phonefusion.com/ and use the 'Forgot Password' feature. An email will be sent to whatever email address we have on file for you at the time you registered.


--> Re-Syncing the Device:
Once you have your web password, within the FVM+ application on your device, select 'Configure Sync Account' and modify it as needed.
Use the 'Sync Account' feature again, and whatever messages are in your online account will be synced to the FVM+ application.
