How to Cancel your Fusion Voicemail Service.
How to Cancel your Fusion Voicemail Service.
Solution
If you have decided that FVM+ is not for you and would like to go back to your original carriers’ voicemail; follow these instructions:
!!!!! Important Note: once your FVM+ account is cancelled, all messages and programming we have stored on our systems will be deleted forever and permanently erased. If you have messages you need to listen to; retrieve them first before you cancel your account. Visit
http://fvmplus.phonefusion.com
and enter your login and password. Your login username begins with (1011) or you can use your cell phone number. If you don’t have your password; use the ‘forgot password’ link to retrieve it.
In order to cancel your PhoneFusion Voicemail Plus™ account you need to do 3 things.
1.) Disable Call Forwarding to PhoneFusion™ on your mobile device. If you can't do it yourself then you MUST contact your carrier, we can NOT do it for you.
2.) Remove the FVM+ application from your device.
3.) Cancel your FVM+ account online at
http://fvmplus.phonefusion.com
Detailed Instructions to Complete the Cancelation:
Please follow the steps below in order to complete the full cancellation process.
1.) If you have already removed the application, contact your carrier. Ask them to REMOVE conditional call forwarding for busy/no answer calls and to reset it to your carrier’s standard settings.
If you still have the application installed on your device…
a. Open your ‘Contacts’
b. Select ‘FVM+’ Contact
c. Click on Disable FVM+
2.) From the main menu, delete our application from your mobile device
3.) Log in to your account at
http://fvmplus.phonefusion.com
and select My Account ->Rate Plan -> Cancel Account
Please note: You MUST complete all 3 steps above in order to restore your phone service. Failure to do so may result in missed callers or missed messages.
