To manually activate conditional call forwarding...

- Go to your ‘Contacts’
- Click on ‘FVM+’
- Click ‘Enable’ FVM+’

Otherwise, contact your carrier and ask them to program conditional call forwarding for busy/no answer calls to 1-813-200-0200
