I already have an account with you and have changed to an iPhone. Do I have to re-register?
Solution
No. If you have already registered with us previously, you will not be able to register again.

Follow these steps...

- Visit the iPhone App Store to download the application
- Run the application, you will be asked to register. Since you are an existing user, simply fill out the existing customer section.

- Then log into your FVM+ web account
- Click on Fusion Voicemail Plus Destinations
- As long as the phone number has remained the same; you can simply change the O/S selected to iPhone.
