 I have not received the download link for my BlackBerry. Can you help?
Solution Please use your user name and password, as emailed to you in your Welcome letter, to log into your web account via www.phonefusionone.com

Once you are logged in, Click on VOICEMAIL PLUS OPTIONS.
Click on VOICEMAIL PLUS DESTINATIONS.
Click on SEND LINK for the destination you wish to download the link to.
