 Can you expedite your process for me?
 It will depend on the accuracy and details that you give us and in the transferring company where the number is coming from. Trust me, the phone company doesn't like to be dumped, but they don't have a choice...but they do sometimes drag their feet.
 Can I port the number away from your service?
 Yes, this is your number, so you can port it anywhere you wish at any time. You must cancel your account with us in order for us to stop charging you.
 Who owns my telephone number?
 YOU OWN YOUR TELEPHONE NUMBER!!! We just take care of it for you. You can choose to send all calls to Voicemail or, we can forward calls to any other telephone number you tell us to.
 Is my number "listed" in the phone directory ?
 No. The number is added to our systems as an UNLISTED number at no extra charge.
 Do you charge me if I decide to move my number to a different service provider?
 No. We do NOT CHARGE you for porting away your number.
 Is there a minimum period that I must pay? Do I have to sign a contract?
 No. We believe in EARNING your business. If you would like to cancel we would like the opportunity to try to keep you as a customer. Our services are offered on a month to month basis.
 How often do you charge for the service?
 We charge your credit card monthly IN ADVANCE for monthly fees and monthly in arrears for usage fees. (please note usage fees will only apply if forwarding OUTSIDE of the US).
 What does the FCC have to say about LNP (Local Number Portability)?

 The number that I want to move to your service has DSL service on it. Will I be able to port the number without losing my DSL connectivity?
 Absolutely!! All you need to do is contact your phone company and tell them "I'm porting my phone number away and I have DSL. I would like to keep the DSL." This is also called "naked DSL"
 Why do you charge a service fee?
 The fee is an actual fee we need to pay in order to get your number ported. The Evil phone companies even get you going out the door. DUMP THEM!

 Can I have multiple incoming telephone numbers?
 Yes, and you can choose to receive all the calls on a single telephone, or a separate telephone for each number.
 Do I have to sign a contract? Is there a minimum term to that contract?
 No. This service is provided on a month to month basis and you can cancel at any time. We do not offer pro rating for the month that you are leaving however.
 I have already given an order to my carrier to cancel my service but I want to keep my phone number. Can you help me?
 Yes. But you MUST cancel your original cancellation order until we have completed our work. Telephone companies do not allow us to move your number if there is already a cancellation order in progress with them. Generally once your number has moved your s
 I want to change my cell number but keep my old number. When do I actually change my number with the cell company? Do I do that first, or do I have you start your process first? I don't want to have any interruption to my cellular account.
 You will have to start the porting process with us. When the porting date approaches (takes about 2 weeks) you contact them and tell them the number is going to be ported away and ask them to assign a new number to replace the old one, once it is gone. Ce
 Why does it take 2-3 weeks to port my cellphone number? Other providers do it much quicker!
 Unfortunately, the phone company likes to hang on as long as possible. Our systems are able to port your number in minutes....but the phone company wants to make the process harder so they make us and you wait.
 After porting and forwarding the number, am I going to have Caller ID?
 Yes we transfer the caller ID if it is available. The call is completely transparent, so you should receive all information that is sent to us.
 Can I have my text messages forwarded as well?
 Yes. Text messages will be forwarded to you over email. If the number you are moving was originally a landline once you move the number to us you will now have the added bonus of being able to receive text messages. Please note there is an additional char
 How does your voice mail to email work?
 We send you a .wav file which you can play on your PC or Mac.
 Can I forward fax calls to my "forwarded" number?
 Yes you can, We can also take the faxes for you and send them as a PDF to your inbox. Please note there is an additional charge to receive faxes on our service.
 Can I port my number only for a short period of time?
 Yes. We do not have a minimum contract period. The service charge will remain the same regardless of whether you are moving the number to us for 1 month or permanently.
 I have been told by other providers that they cannot port my number. Will you be able to do it for me ?
 Yes probably. And of course if we cannot there is no charge.
 Can I port more than one number?
 Yes. You will have a separate account and login for each number and each number will be configured separately. If you would like to move multiple numbers to us please contact us for other options.
 What if I have a ringmaster number ?
 Phone Company rules do not allow you to move a phone number with a ringmaster number on it UNLESS you move BOTH numbers at the same time.
