| Make sure when you type in your phone number that you type it in without any dashes or spaces - just the 10 digit number. If you still have trouble logging in after checking your phone number and password, contact customer support for more assistance. |

| Make sure you disable pop-up blocker on your computer. The PhoneFusion log in page will open in a new window, and if the Web browser does not allow pop-ups, you will not be able to log in. |
