Callers get message to Enter Subscriber ID

The issue is that your carrier is not passing us the needed information when the call is forwarded. They need to pass us the OCN (original called number which is YOUR number). It may be them or it may be one of their underlying carriers.

Unfortunately we have no work-around for this. If we don't get the OCN we can not identify which mailbox the caller belongs to so we ask them to enter the subscriber ID (which would be your cell phone number).

A dedicated number would solve this problem for a monthly fee in those cases where your carrier will not properly forward calls.  Contact us for availablity.

We have multiple forwarding numbers you can try. Please change between the following numbers and see if one works better for you than another. You may want to see if you can call your carrier and ask them to open a ticket with their technicians. 

 

In the Android app under settings select "activate" and choose any of the numbers.
