Please go into the settings menu and configure the account on your phone. You will need to use your cell number and the correct password. Follow the instructions below if you don't know your password. This password is NOT the device password. If you do not have your password, visit our website at http://members.phonefusion.com and enter your mobile phone number and click 'forgot password' to have the password emailed to you. If you do not see it in your email inbox, check your SPAM/JUNK folder for the email. After you do that please perform a 'Sync' to verify the information is correct. |
