How to Cancel your Fusion Voicemail Plus Service

We are sorry to see you go.  Please read and follow these instructions because only the person in possession of the DEVICE can do this. We can not do it for you unless we have your DEVICE. It's not because we don't want to or we are trying to be difficult, these are CARRIER and DEVICE limitations.  We would do it for you if we could.  No matter how many times you ask us, you will get the same answer.  These instructions are complete and do work and will unsubscribe you and restore your carrier voicemail. By accessing your account you will also be able to get any messages that we have stored before you cancel.

** NOTE that WE CAN NOT DO THIS FOR YOU!!! YOU MUST FOLLOW ALL OF THE STEPS!

** UNINSTALLING ANY OF THE APPLICATIONS DOES NOT UNSUBSCRIBE YOU OR RESTORE YOUR VOICEMAIL.

The Android application has a cancellation feature built-in.  IN THE APP press Menu-Help-How to cancel and follow the instructions or under account settings in the app select CANCEL.

**This process is best done via a PC using IE 7.0 or higher, FireFox, Safari or Chrome.

!!!!! Important Note: once your FVM+ account is cancelled, all messages and programming we have stored on our systems will be deleted forever and permanently erased. If you have messages you need to listen to; you can retrieve them online. Visit http://members.phonefusion.com and enter your login and password. Your login username begins with (1011) OR YOUR MOBILE #, NOT YOUR EMAIL. Your password is your 4 digit code assigned to you by us when you registered unless you have changed it with us.

******If you don’t have your password; enter your 10 digit MOBILE # and then click the “forgot password” link to retrieve it.******

(If you are an international (outside of the US) user please add 011 and the country code before your mobile number with no leading zeros, for example: 011447985551212 not 0114407985551212 or 07985551212 or 447985551212 etc.)

 

 

In order to cancel your PhoneFusion Voicemail Plus account you need to do the following in order if you do not cancel via the App:


1) Cancel your account online with PhoneFusion.  Log in to your account at http://members.phonefusion.com (see above) and select My Account -> My Rate Plan -> Cancel Account


2) Change your Phone settings in order to stop your Busy/No Answer calls from being sent to PhoneFusion. If you can't do it yourself then you MUST contact your carrier, we can NOT do it for you.


3) Uninstall the Application from your device.

 

Please note:
**YOU MUST complete ALL steps above in order to restore your voicemail service. Failure to do so may result in you receiving text messages from our systems and missed messages. Again, we cannot do any of this for you.
